About Our Product, TheraPay™

 

Studies have shown that over 86% of Medicaid beneficiaries own a smart phone, and most of those members use them to track some health metrics. While mobile adoption is high, adherence to prescribed care programs remains low across many chronic conditions and other programs important to a variety of HEDIS measures.

Reciprocity Health created two integrated technology platforms that work together to accelerate member adherence to client care programs, thereby reducing avoidable cost.

 

First, the Reciprocity Health team leverages its proprietary C.A.R.E. Platform (Choice Architecture & Responsive Engagement) to research and design high-performance engagement campaigns customized to overlay a client’s existing programs and achieve their business goals.  The CARE Platform merges behavioral economics and consumer science to craft holistic engagement campaigns that encompass dozens of variables across member segmentation, task sequence, task duration, member messaging and, most importantly, reward design.
